IF YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT 3D (I FIND IT HEADACHE INDUCING) YOU COULD PROB GET THE 2DS IT’S KINDA DERPY LOOKING BUT IT WOULD HELP THE TOO BIG THING.

When it comes down to it, you don’t really need all those fancy workout machines in the gym. The necessities of what you need to get a full workout are basically a power rack, a standard barbell, fitness bench, a lifting platform or mats, weights, and clips. If you are starting up a home gym, this is the perfect way to start off. With these available you can do bench press, deadlifts, squats, bent over row, military press, clean and jerk, and most of the important lifts. Cardio/warmup can always be improvised by skip rope, on the spot jogging, or burpees if your feeling insane! This kind of set up is excellent for anyone who does bodybuilding, strength training, or crossfit.
Goes to show that size doesn’t dictate your fitness; so stop judging.
